Business Development Manager – VOIP Sales

We are currently seeking a  Business Development Manager – Phone Sales

Required Skills:

·        Preferred 4 year college degree 

·        5+ year’s successful experience with inside phone sales/ consulting. 

·        Previous experience in solution selling/relationship selling to high level clients 

·        Previous Experience in Business development and referral generation 

·        Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

·         Strong communication skills and sense of self  Ability to meet personal and team weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals 

·        Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented. Attention to detail with a strong emphasis in delivering world-class customer service to all members. 

·        Savviness with Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media tactics is a plus. 

·        Requires flexibility, creativity, project and time management skills, business savvy and excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

·        Strong PC skills required, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

·        Strong account relationship skills, creative, driven, and self-motivated, with ability to work independently and with a team

·        Excellent closing skills with the innate ability to overcome objections and obstacles throughout the sales process

·        Ability to travel
