Job Description

Sales & Business Development Manager, Rockville, MD: Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution of products or services to customers for a wireless telecommunications consulting company. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Support senior leadership and the Business Development organization with deliverables. Identify new RF engineering services customers. Develop strategies to win opportunities and work with internal personnel to execute strategies. Lead and/or participate in proposal activities, including generation of technical, management, cost, schedule, and proposal content for new business. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to develop additional business opportunities. Require a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Business Management, or foreign equivalent, plus at least 2 years of work experience. Permanent US work authorization is required.
