This is a contract Laboratory Manager position working in the Serology section of the Lab. 

This position will be responsible for Staff scheduling, training,  providing technical consultation to internal and external clients, administrative duties, corresponding with healthcare professionals, responding to emails, interviewing applicants, approving time, completing performance evaluations, approving/reporting patient test results, reviewing policies and procedures, compiling quality assurance documents, ensuring accreditation requirements, and troubleshooting assay failures or problem specimens.
