Job Description
Interview Process:
* 1 hour phone interview with Pat (HM) and 2 additional team members (via Microsoft Teams)
* Onsite meeting with plant management
* background check/drug screen
Skills/ Must-Haves :
* experience with lvl 1-2 troubleshooting of windows environments (they should highlight their hands on exp on resume)
* working knowledge of VMware
* working knowledge of SCCM
* ability to work with application installs, imaging, printers and AD
* General knowledge of VLAN's (knowing what DHCP is)
* Ability to work onsite in Wallula, WA daily - along with other local sites:

* High level of customer service
Company / Job Insight:
* Onsite daily in Wallula, WA (locations above all within a few miles of each other) - PCA does reimburse mileage as needed
* Publicly traded S&P 500 company headquartered in Lake Forest - very stable organization (the hiring manager has been there for 24 years)
* Team of 27 scattered across PCA locations
* Position is open due to retirement of an employee

* Contract portion will likely last ~3-6 months, ultimately wants someone full-time after the contract duration
