Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Account Manager with some Project Management and analytical background to join our dynamic team. You will strive to solve business problems with impactful creative. You will be the face of our agency liaising between our internal client partners and creative teams shepherding each project from intake to delivery. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to intake and vet briefs, communicate with clients, and work with project managers to prioritize deliverables. You'll also scope, plan and manage all steps in the project lifecycle. You’ll juggle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure we churn out quality creative to help support departments across the enterprise.
You’ve spent the last 5-10 years at a creative agency, managing accounts and projects. People speak highly of your ability to manage the details and communicate in a way that helps solve problems and make things happen.
Job Description:

- From strategy to delivery, manages client partner communication and expectations on creative work.
- Intakes creative briefs and requests, vets briefs for the creative team, and prioritizes with project managers for maximum agency efficiency.
- Ability to manage complex projects under rapidly changing business dynamics. Essential to guiding projects through the creative development process
- Captures pertinent communication and creative project expectations as OneTen liaison.
- Coordinates day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of client partner's requests
- Communicates frequently with client partners and creatives to maintain critical project deadlines and priorities
- Supports all client meetings with recap, feedback, and next steps
- Analyze project and client data to help optimize agency processes
Education and Experience:

- Undergraduate degree and 5-10 years experience
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred: experience working in video content delivery services, broadcasting
- Experience working in an agency
- Data Analytics background highly desired
