Job Title: Senior SAP GTS Program Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 12 months +

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 

*          Project Leadership:

 

            *          Define the project charter and establish a robust governance

structure.

            *          Develop and maintain a detailed project plan.

            *          Monitor program/project progress from initiation through

delivery, including schedule and budget management.

 

*          Stakeholder Management:

 

            *          Conduct scoping, planning, and design workshops with

business and cross-functional teams.

            *          Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities.

            *          Present project status and updates to executive leadership.

            *          Proactively manage change requests, and remove obstacles.

 

*          SAP GTS Expertise:

 

            *          Leverage technical background in SAP GTS implementation or

migration.

            *          Manage scoping, design, build, test, and production cutover

phases.

            *          Apply PMI or advanced project methodologies, preferably in

SAP GTS projects.

 

*          Communication and Organization:

 

            *          Articulate and present periodic project status, highlighting

issues, risks, and action plans.

            *          Demonstrate strong English verbal and written communication

skills.

            *          Exhibit excellent organizational skills and drive

deliverables to closure.

            *          Ability to work independantly, and manage timelines.

 

Education and Experience:

 

*          8-10 years of experience managing SAP implementation/upgrade

projects, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations.

*          Bachelor’s degree.

*          Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

*          Familiarity with Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics business

processes is a plus.
