Job Description

Job Title: Senior SAP Project Manager

Location: Rosemead, CA

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP-enabled solutions in the Supply Chain and Procurement domain, including Enterprise Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and integration with Asset and Work Management processes.
  • Oversee project execution across multiple agile teams, ensuring milestone achievement, quality deliverables, and business alignment.
  • Apply SAP Activate or Agile methodologies to manage cross-functional delivery teams through design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, product owners, and internal technology teams to align on goals, scope, and priorities.
  • Manage integrated delivery plans, and program-level risks and issues.
  • Serve as the escalation point for delivery roadblocks, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to timelines.
  • Support designated Scrum Masters in Co-facilitating sprint planning, and release management across concurrent workstreams.
  • Prepare executive-level status reports and presentations for steering committees and governance forums.
  • Support post-implementation hypercare and transition-to-operations activities to stabilize deployed solutions.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs, with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and related Supply Chain/Procurement capabilities and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing program plans, vendor deliverables, budgets, and project governance across multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, system monitoring tools, and Agile project tracking platforms.

Working knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other enterprise analytics tools is a plus.

Skilled at building consensus across matrixed teams and managing relationships with executive sponsors and third-party vendors.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
