Job Title:  Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Nashville, Tennessee   

Duration: 2 Months (can extend long term)

Job Description:

This staff will be responsible for the intake, review, and evaluation of applications for the program to determine family eligibility. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s degree required.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

•             Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reviewing complex data sets.

•             Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with strong overall computer literacy.

•             Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established review protocols.

•             Efficiency and reliability in meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high productivity.

•             Experience in data tracking and analysis, with a focus on consistency and precision.

•             Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to engage in team norming and calibration processes.

•             Accountability and high standards, ensuring rigorous and fair evaluation of applications.

•             Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

•             Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to stay focused, manage time independently, and consistently follow through on tasks without supervision.
