Job Title: Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant

Location: Avenel, NJ

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Understand complex supply chain planning challenges and provide expert guidance on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.
• Collaborate with project teams and solution architects to design business processes leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Kinaxis solutions.
• Design, build, configure, and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse applications.
• Lead implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
• Proven experience managing Kinaxis implementation projects and coordinating stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience (overall experience: 6–8 years).
• Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification – Level 1 or above.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical and functional documentation.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to advanced Kinaxis modules and integrations.
• Experience working in global or multi-country supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

MUST HAVE:

• Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise – hands-on configuration, customization, and solution design
• End-to-end Kinaxis implementation experience – requirements, build, testing, deployment, and support
• Strong supply chain planning knowledge – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP
• Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification (Level 1 or above)
• Stakeholder management & communication skills – working with business users, architects, and project teams
