Job Description

Job Title: Umbraco Web Developer

Location: Coppel, TX –Remote

Duration: 3- 6 months ( can be extended )

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update Umbraco websites, including older versions.

Create and optimize responsive, mobile-friendly web pages.

Implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript solutions for new and existing site features.

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.

Collaborate with design and content teams to implement updates and enhancements.

Ensure websites meet accessibility standards and SEO best practices.

Maintain security, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

Qualifications

Umbraco Certified Expert with proven experience in multiple Umbraco versions.

Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.

Demonstrated proficiency in AI assisted coding techniques using tools such as Cursor and/or Claude Code 

Experience developing responsive, mobile-optimized web pages.

Understanding of website performance optimization and best practices.

Knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with design/developer tools like Figma

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience with .NET/C# development for custom Umbraco functionality.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Previous work on freelance or agency projects managing multiple websites.

Familiarity with third-party marketing tools such as Pardot.
