Job title: Telecom Technician

Location: Houston or Galveston, TX

Duration: 36 Months

Description:
All personnel assigned to the Work hold, at minimum, the following qualifications and certifications by role.

 

Equivalent field experience demonstrating a comparable competency level may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to Company approval prior to personnel mobilization.

 

Field Telecom Technician (TT) –

The following OEM-aligned certifications are required at the Telecom Technician level:

a) Motorola MOTOTRBO Capacity Max: MOTOTRBO Technical Fundamentals, Radio Management & CPS 2.0, and IP Networking for MOTOTRBO (ETA CET recommended);

b) Federal Signal PAGA: PAGASYS Installation & Configuration, and Hazardous Area Familiarization (Class I/II/III);

c) FFT Intrusion Detection: FFT Installation & Commissioning, and FFT CAMS Operator Training;

d) LenelS2 OnGuard: LCA – Lenel Certified Associate; e) Milestone XProtect: MCIT – Milestone Certified Integration Technician.

All Telecom Technicians must additionally hold foundational networking training (CompTIA Network+ recommended) and applicable hazardous area familiarization.
