Description:
Senior Engineer (SE) –

The following OEM-aligned certifications are required at the Senior Engineer level:

a) Motorola MOTOTRBO Capacity Max: Capacity Max System Design & Configuration, and Advanced IP Networking covering QoS, VLANs, and Routing (ETA CETsr recommended);

b) Federal Signal PAGA: PAGASYS Networking & Diagnostics, and Redundancy & Fault-Tolerant Design;

c) FFT Intrusion Detection: FFT System Design Certification, CAMS Advanced, and System Integration across SLAN, VMS, and ACS platforms;

d) LenelS2 OnGuard: LCP, LCE, and/or LCDA where design responsibilities apply;

e) Milestone XProtect: MCDE and/or MCIE.

This is a much more senior and technical role.

Look for someone who can design systems, configure complex environments, perform advanced troubleshooting, lead technical implementation, and integrate multiple platforms.

Ideal experience level

target 7–15+ years of relevant experience.

This candidate should ideally have experience as a technical lead or senior engineer, not simply as a senior technician.
