• Provide guidance on QE standard procedures to Onshore and offshore teams.

• Collaborate across functional and operating groups to create the highest value to all stakeholders

• Participates in programs/projects across the enterprise.

• Participates as an active stakeholder in every initiative, driving quality standards

• Strong communication and coordination across multiple teams

Skills: Leadership, Communication, QE best practices, qTest or any defect management tool, Jira,  PPT, Excel reports, Automation knowledge(good to have)

• Lead coordination, planning and troubleshooting of defects across multiple teams.

• Analyze and identify root cause of issues in upstream/downstream applications. Effectively coordinate with responsible teams to resolve the issues.

• Communicates the overall quality of a deliverable and ensures metrics are used to drive delivery and identify any areas of concern.

• Participates as an active stakeholder in every initiative, driving quality based on fact-based metrics.

• Prepares comprehensive reports which can be utilized to evaluate overall application status

• Breaks down strategic problems and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.

• Strong communication and coordination across multiple teams

Skills: qTest or any defect management tool, Excel , PPT, some automation knowledge, reporting tools
