Title: Web Developer (onsite)

Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)

Must-have skills:

EDU : BS is preferred

• 6+ y of exp developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications

• exp with Share Point 365 Administration

• exp with developing C# (.NET) applications

• Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate

PREFERRED :

Microsoft SQL, SQL SSIS, SSRS technologies,

Share Point Work Flows, Azure.

Location:   Tallahassee, FL
Client: Florida Department of Education - FDOE

Type: long-term contract
Duration:5+ months with possible extensions

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted, interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same

Requirements:
• Availability to work 100% on the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications (6+ years);
• Experience with Share Point 365 Administration;
• Experience with developing C# applications;
• Experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate;
• Experience with Microsoft SQL;
• Experience with working with development teams on large enterprise projects;
• Experience with SQL SSIS, SSRS technologies;
• Experience with SharePoint Workflows;
• Experience with Azure development environment;
• Experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards;
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements;
• Experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing;
• Bachelor of Science / Arts degree preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist in developing specifications as well as, overall planning and management of projects;
• Meet with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provide monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions;
• Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate;
• Ensure technical direction and standards are being followed;
• Assure that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports;
• Demonstrate an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participate in the development and implementation of business solutions;
• Manage change control within the projects;
• Obtain sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that effect the critical path;
• Prepare written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure that objectives are met.
